Majority of gaskets are produced from a high density needled felt. A wide range of special gasket materials are available and hand sewn to ensure positive seal and durability. Pleated seams are triple stitched to ensure strength and durability. Woven fabrics are custom surged to prevent unraveling.
Carbon steel cores are clear urethane coated to ensure rust resistance. Available in both carbon and stainless steel. Perforated metal is used to allow maximum airflow and structural strength. Support rings and lifting lugs are utilized on large sized elements to give added strength and ease of serviceability.
